This assset advertises a vector file but it's just a bitmap embedded in a AI file. Where can I report this directly to support to obtain the correct format?

There are more and more like this, I have just downloaded three and all said AI/eps vector and they are images file rather than vectors. Also turning AI off doesn’t work.

Unfortunately, if the issue gets confirmned, the asset will be deleted, and there is no possibility to get the correct(ed) asset. You will need to chose a different asset. I agree, that is not optimal, but that is the only possibility.
