Adobe stock audio previews won't download

I keep recieivng the error "For some reason, this action cannot be completed. Please try again shortly." when trying to download audio preview files from Adobe Stock.
I'm on an Enterprise account at my workplace using Google Chrome. MacOS Sonoma 14.5.

Is there any solution?

Did you try with a different browser? If that does not work neither, please contact your company help line. There may be some configuration issues with your computer.
