Adobe Stock download speeds once again terrible

This seems to be a recurring issue with Adobe Stock. I need to download a 1gb file, which would take about 10 seconds on any other stock site. I've been waiting an hour. Getting around 500kb/s tops. This has happened in the past and always been written off. But, as someone who has paid thousands to Adobe, I'd appreaciate a better answer than just "clear your cache." Yes, I've tried different browsers. My speed test was 800/800. It is 1000% Adobe's servers throttling.

i appreciate the response! but unforunately this is wholly an adobe problem. if im able to run a controlled test and download an identical file from a competitor, then clearly the issue is on adobe's end. and this is not the first time. it isn't so bad for image files, but 1gb video files should not take over an hour.

Interesting. I'm no IT expert, but a lot has to do with the numerous hops between your internet provider and Adobe. The slow down could be happening with any one of the hubs in between and not necessarily Adobe. But again, I'm no expert. There's stuff you can do like pings and traceroutes to see where any problems might be, but I'd be at a loss to tell you how to use them.

Just to prove a point, I went on Envato and found the EXACT same file. I purchased it for $40 and it downloaded the 998MB file in 2 minutes. I'm at 300MB with 1 hour remaining on Adobe.
