I licensed a stock image that won't open in Abobe Illustrator. I have a Team account. It says that it could only partially open it, and its blank.

Hello @Gabriela34837385lw8v, I see the issue you're referencing and I've sent these details to be reviewed internally. The vector will likely be removed. Sorry but I don't have the ability to give credits for a Team account. I recommend reaching out to Adobe customer care who may be able to help resolve this for you:

Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device to start the interaction. Also, if you don’t see the chat feature you may need to accept all adobe cookies.

Yes, the file does not work. I suppose that Contributor1 will confirm this and the asset will be removed. You need to choose a different asset. If you are on a subscription, you should also get the lost credit back.

That the file does not work is independent of having a Team account.

Incidentally: For contacting Adobe customer support with a Team account, you should use the admin console. You need to be an administrator to doing so.
