Adobe Stock image I purchased has a false transparent background FILE #: 211486587

I purchased the following file and downloaded it as an .ai file, FILE #:  211486587. I'm so bummed and honestly can't believe I encountered this after using the stock library with decent frequency. It was made with a false checkered transparent background and is completely intertwined with the design. It would take hours to separate the background from the grass design. Any notes on how to contact Adobe to get this situated?

This asset is an Adobe Illustrator asset, so in Adobe Illustrator, it is easy to delete the chequered background.

(I've added a black rectangle, set the chequered background to not-visible)

Contrary to some other assets, however, there is no real reason for having the chequered background. This realy limits the use of this asset to Illustrator, JPEG files are completely useless, and PNG files with the transparent background are not available.

I suppose that OP did download the JPEG version. JPEG files NEVER include transparency. The fileformat does not allow for that. If a PNG file is not offered together with the JPEG file, then the asset does not have transparency, but only fake transparency, that need to be taken care of in Illustrator.
