Adobe Stock is not recognizing my account

I'm logged into my Adobe account and trying to download non-premium stock photo assets but the system is not recognizing my account or Stock subscription. Click on an asset promps me to sign up for a plan, and clicking "Continue" pops up a "Error: We're sorry, but a system error occurred. If you do not receive a payment confirmation email in the next few minutes, please try again or contact customer service." despite having a record of paid invoices for the last year+.

Hi @kylem1702213,

I see that you recently changed the email associated with your Adobe account. Could you try clearing your browser history and signing in again and let me know if the issue is still occurring.
