Adobe Stock License

Good morning community!

 

We are having an issue with Adobe Stock. Our contract owner has assigned a license to one of our employees for Adobe Stock (10 Assets). We have logged in/out and even tried both profiles but the account does not show that they have access to Adobe Stock. It keeps informing them to try out the trial. Is there anything we are missing here?

Check this with the contract owner, and contact Customer support via the admin console, if that can't be resolved. BTW: the admin console allows to create administrtators for all Adobe related stuff, and you should have at least one more administrator, so that when the contract owner leaves the company without ensuring the correct transition, you will still be able to manage your subscriptions.
