Adobe Stock Requiring to Purchase in Pro Edition Plan

Yesterday my team was able to download images from Adobe Stock within our Pro team plan. This includes unlimited Adobe Stock images. Today, when I go to Adobe Stock I have to buy an image rather than having a download option. We have not changed our plan and each user is under the team organization.

    The 21st is still some days ahead, so you should still have access. 

     

    Check the plans in the admin console to see that they are correctly attributed to the correct persons.

    Happy that your issue got solved. Having the payement in pending mode is quite a good reason for losing access.

     

    Just to be precise: I was asking what plan you got attributed. Having the Creative Cloud Pro edition does not help you, if that plan is attributed to a collegue.

    I will check if our payment is pending. The payment date is on the 21st, so maybe that's what is causing the problem. I'm happy you got it fixed, and it wasn't a more serious problem.

    Our issue was resolved when our payment went through. It was in pending mode which caused us to have zero credits to our Stock. We have Creative Cloud All Apps - Pro Edition.

      We are having the exact same issue. It was still working on the 14th. It happened right after the generative credits were added, as far as I can tell. All our profiles are also showing either no plan, or no assets assigned to each plan.
