Adobe Stock "Vector" is really just image that I can't edit

Hi, 

 

I licensed "Sunset in Torino, Italy with tower. Vector illustration, symbol of Torino city." #928616971. I licensed it with the intent to recolor it and adapt it is a vector illustration, because that is how it was advertised, but the file is really just an image. This is not what I paid for. How do I get a vector?

Your findings are correct. The included data is only a picture, and the asset is unusable. The only option you would have is to trace the asset, with all the caveats that this will cause.

 

@Contributor1 will take care of this asset and refund the plan credit. The asset will probably be removed, and you will need to look for a different asset that fits your needs. Sorry for this.
