Adobe Stock - Why can't I download templates, video, photo?

I got a message every time, when i try to download templates from Adobe Stock

I have:

Available Stock quota

75 Plan credits

"We're sorry, but a system error occurred. If you do not receive a payment confirmation email in the next few minutes, please try again or contact customer support.
Learn & Support"

Hmm . is there any specific asset you are seeing the issue for, it would be great if you could provide the file id and probably a screenshot of the issue you are noticing , as we see that you could license some of the templates without any issues.
