AI Generated Art workaround

My company makes tons of art every day. We have a strict policy of not using AI art, always exclude AI art in Adobe Stock.

But, this image came up and I think the contributors might have found a way around labeling the art as AI:

"...a Photoshop creation"

This is worrisome if AI art will be sneaking in and rights issues. Some vendors will not accept any sort of AI art.

This can be done in Photoshop and has been done in Photoshop before. It may have the same effect than generative AI, ie creating a fake image, but you really can't say, that this is generative AI.

I looked at this contributor's other work and they all appear to be real photographs. And a number of elephants are also included, as the contributor looks to be well-traveled. I suspect this image might very well be as described, "a Photoshop creation," or in other words, a composite.
