Anyone else getting a sign-in loop of death?

Today I have just downloaded a preview. Praise be! Thank you, if some Adobe clever human fixed it. Was driving me nuts.

I know, it's maddening. I've started doing screenshots of the image and cutting and pasting the ID onto the InDesign for ref. Clunky, but at least I can crack on with my work! Help us guys, we've paid, we need a fix for this.

I  CANNOT GET PAST THIS STUPID POP UP WINDOW!!!! I HAVE AN ACTIVE PAID, CURRENT ACCOUNT! THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR WEEKS NOW! I CANNOT GET ANY SOLUTIONS! Is anyone getting past this??? Help! (smidge frustrated here)Screenshot 2026-01-03 at 3.53.05 PM.png

Thanks so much for the reply Abambo. Mac OS, safari browser. Have read comments now on another thread (garguilo - error when trying to download a preview image) where many other people are experiencing the same problem saying those suggested remedies aren't fixing it, so no, I haven't yet. Maybe I'll give it a try so I feel I am doing something. Odd that this would suddenly start happening though?

What OS are you using? What browser are you using? Did you check the usual remedies: Deleting cache, deleting cookies, strting the browser without extensions or add-ons, changing the browser, changing the computer (laptop, desktop, tablet, cell phone)?
