I just bought some visuals with titles to "Arohim Art" contributor. It says that it can be "100% editable, words and fonts can be changed". But as I open it in Illustrator, everything is vectorized, impossible to edit (I tried with other contributors with the same informations about editable text effects, and it works perfectly).

Is that a bug or a scam from this contributor ?

Hello @cameron_2920, sorry for the issue with the download. I don't see a license from Arohim Art linked to your account so possibly it was just a download preview, in that scenario it wouldn't have the editable file. If you believe you licensed this I recommend reaching out to Adobe customer care as they may be able to find the license that I'm not able to find and give you a new credit for the bad download:

@Contributor1 Unfortunately I fell victim to the same issue. I literally just downloaded from Arohim Art because their "HISTORY" art said fully editable... it is NOT.

Same @Agence Scenarii This is the third time that I've purchased one of their "Fully Editable Text and Fonts" and only after realized that it contained no live fonts or a way to edit text without recreating it from scratch (which was the reason I bought something that could be quickly edited). Very surprised that this contributor is still permitted to make that claim right on their preview images.
