"Available resource allocation No plan" - when there is a plan

Can`t download anything from Adobe Stock, even though i have a monthly payment plan - there was no problems with payment, my 350 resources a month plan is visible in my  "managa account" tab, and when I click on my profile pic on stock, there is strange information ""Available resource allocation No plan".

Does anyone know whats the problem? Everything was working fine on friday.
