Bacground Image does not have a way to turn off the text, rendering it uselss.

I used a credit for a background. The image is a flattened image and the descriptive title is not removable. This makes it useless for a background. Is there a way to get my credit back?

Correct, as this is a JPEG file, and not an EPS file, there is no possibility to take away the text easily. That asset should have never made it into the database. @Contributor1 will chime in and refund you the lost credit. You will need to licence a different asset, however, if you are looking for a background file. You should make sure that it is a vector file, if you want to remove text or other elements.
