Bad asset quality: How to report issues with Adobe Stock imagery?

Yeah I was wondering the same as I'm currently trying to use some Adobe stock footage my client selected 1426758896, and it's terrible quality. While being 4K it looks like somebody did a bad pulldown from 24p to 30p, as there are inconsistent doubled frames and it has really bad compression artifacts. Users should be able to quickly file a complaint not just about copyright issues but the quality of your stock.

Hello @jackthegiantkiller, I'll send these details of 1426758896 to be reviewed internally. Thank you for the report  and sorry for the problem with the video quality.

Check the correct answer of this thread: https://community.adobe.com/t5/stock-discussions/add-a-way-to-report-an-issue-with-a-stock-image/m-p/13650114#M69646.

You just did report the asset for quality issues and @Contributor1 will have a look at it. Adobe's review team will decide on the asset.

But I agree with your findings. I do not wonder that it has quality issues, as it is a generative AI video, and probably most of them have issues one way or an other. I only wonder that the Adobe moderation team did not right away refuse this asset.

My recommendation to avoid any errors with generative AI videos:

You should convince your client to look for different stock footage that is not generative AI, as all generative AI will probably have similar problems. There is a possibility to search for similar assets, then selecting the filter to show only video and exclude generative AI.
