Bought Image with defect

Hello Adobe,

I recently licensed image #582849278 Meditating Budha ( VirgoStudio) - the picture has a fault which I realized only after generating a full-size canvas print. The raised hand of Buddha has 7 fingers.  I at a loss now, and not sure how I can proceed on this. Can Adobe allow and download to find alternate pictures for Buddha without any additional payments?

Thx

Rithesh

When you remove a file that i have already licensed, shouldn't I get 1 more additional asset credit to my account ?

As a matter of prudence, you should download any licenced asset as soon as possible and save it at a safe place. The contributor and Adobe can remove an asset for several reasons anytime. But you are still entitled to use those assets, except if told differently by Adobe.

Hello @RK197512, I've refunded the credit related to 602162197 as well.

@RK197512 I've added a note to your original report about 582849285. The removal of 602162197 was unrelated as your report has not been reviewed yet.

Hello,

You have removed the wrong image for refunding the credit. I need to remove this one( #582849278)  instead you have removed (#602162197) which I needed,  for refunding the credit.

Here is another one with 7 fingers in the same series  (582849285)

Hello @RK197512, I see the issue you're referencing and refunded your credit. I've sent these details to be reviewed internally. Thank you for the report and sorry for the problem with the image.

That's a classic error for generative AI. The moderation team should have captured this.

Let's see what @Contributor1 thinks.
