Can't download audio preview files. (Adobe Stock

I keep getting the error message when trying to download audio preview files.

(For some reason, this action cannot be completed. Please try again shortly.)

 

I have tried clearing the browser cache and history. I tried turning off pop-up blockers.  I tried switching to different browsers, Arc (chromium), Google Chrome, Safari, and Firefox. Other preview stock elements can be downloaded. Nothing is working.

Same issue here on an Enterprise license. Please fix or give a solution.

Hi @Liza5C0C I'm having the exact same issue and have tried eveything including uninstalling and installing the app. Can you please help me?

I have the same issue on an Enterprise account. I want to preview the track and then buy it if it is approved.

@Liza5C0C Audio files are not free on these accounts. When editing you want to make sure the track is going to fit right and be able to show that to others in your organization. Before you make the purchase. I'm going through this same issue again and again. You can't download a preview on these plans. You can only make the purchase. We want previews! lol

 

@laura_4100 Sign out of your account and into a new one that doesn't have a plan and download the file. At least it works until Adobe finds a real solution.

Yes I know that, but What I want to do is to download the preview, not the real file.

Hello @laura_4100 - I checked your account and it appreas you are part of an enterprise org that does not have access to audio files.

Hi Liza, Im having the same issue with preview Adobe stock audio files, the account Im curretly using is enterprise, can you please help me,  all the collegues in my organization are having the same issue.

Having this same issue with an AICUP account. Had to log out and into my person account to download a preview.

Changing it does allow me to download the preview files.  I think it is the enterprise profile that is failing.
