Can't download licensed Images on Adobe Stock

Hi, I've started the free trial for adobe stock but everytime I try to download an image with one of the 10 credits I have nothing happens.

Hello, Alberto27599242bc10. Thank you for reporting this to us. From the system I can see your subscription was canceled same day as it's created. The 10 free trial credit will expire right away when user cancel the plan.

    Try using a different browser. Also look into your license history to see, if the assets have been licensed.
