Can't Download Neural Filters on Newest Mac

Hello i searched all internet for this and only found some indian scammers video for downloading fake help files

 

i deinstalled photoshop and stuff but downloading filters doesnt work, very sad i have newes mac software downloaded

    I also can not download any neural filters. I am using the newest PS 27.2 and the newest Mac OS as well as tried on an older Mac OS but both just cycle though the download without ever download anything.

    Have tried several troubleshooting suggestions including using both my network at waork and my hotspot. Cant get download to function. I am signed into my adobe accounts.

    Any new suggestions or corrections?
