Can't download Standard License Assets

I had been trying to download assets from Adobe Stock for more than a week with no success: I tried different browsers, different devices, allowing pop-ups, etc.. and nothing worked. Until I tried downloading the Extended License version, and it worked! The issue is I only need the standard license, and the extended license is 8 credits instead of one. 

Is there a way to fix this issue? Or a reason I would only be able to download the extended license version?
