Can't download the Stock preview

I have over 100 Stock credits, but whenever I want to download the preview picture, Adobe asks me to purchase the free subscription. Anyone have the same problem? The german support could not help me.

    Same issue here, been trying since last night. Adobe Live Support stated that there was a server-side issue. BUT the problem still remains until this second, come on Adobe! Don't waste my time!

      Having same issue. Attempt to force a paid plan selection. Project cannot move forward until this is fixed.

        Yes... mine was working fine a day or two ago, but not today.

          I've also had this problem since today. It was still working a few days ago.
