I'm so frustrated at the moment, I'm not able to save anything to my folders. All I get is "Good News, looks like you already have a plan." and thats it. I have less than 100 images in the folder so what is going on?
I've had the same reply from them and was on a chat for more than an hour last night. Apparently you can't do this anymore and they don't know when it will be fixed. I'd don't believe that or it wouldn't just be the both of us complaining. They have said I should save the image number and then can revisit once I decide if I will be purchasing - which defeats the point of the library. I'll get them on them again today and hopefully someone with more knowledge will assist. Please advise if you get an outcome and I'll do the same
I am getting this same message. I am chatting with customer service and this is not helping. They keep sending me directions how to save to the library or my laptop. I keep telling them this is not working and I keep getting this message.
