Can you reports assets labeled as vectors, but come out as flatten jpegs?

Asset: 344201798 and the corresponding assets on the same profile all lable themselves as vector files. But when you download them they are just flatten JPEGS. I did try a couple of times to be sure I was selecting AI/EPS, and each time I got nothing.

Any assistance on how to report those assets that are labeled incorrect? I do run across it quite a bit.
