Contributor with spamming AI Content but and not labelling with AI tag

I want to report contributor that have a high volume portfolio that is mostly filled with AI-generated images, but no 'AI-generated' tag.
He/She also spamming similar images with the same theme.

Those may be assets submitted just before Adobe accepted generative AI vector assets. Formerly, contributors got banned for this.
