I am an Adobe Stock contributor.
My Creative Cloud bonus code was visible in my contributor dashboard on Jan 13, 2026, and disappeared on Jan 14 without being redeemed.
Support closed one case incorrectly and my contributor case (00469219) has not received a response for over 24 hours.
Requesting moderator assistance to escalate this for account-level investigation.
