Demo length video downloaded instead of 30 second version

I purchased asset #1486129933 but the version that downloaded was the 1 second version instead of the full 30 second version.

Pleaase advise.

Issue with video according to support. Will have to find another video that works.

@Contributor1 can probably help you with this. It's definitely only 1 second long, despite showing it as a 30-second video.
