Demo length video downloaded instead of 30 second version

I purchased asset #1486129933 but the version that downloaded was the 1 second version instead of the full 30 second version.

Pleaase advise.

Thanks in advance,
Casper

Hello @casper_1435, I've returned the credits back to your account for the 1 second video. I'll send these details to be reviewed internally and the asset will likely be removed. Thank you for the report and sorry for the problem with the video.

@Contributor1 can probably help you with this. It's definitely only 1 second long, despite showing it as a 30-second video.
