Downloaded video is shorter than claimed

I downloaded Stock Video # 540970899 for an upcoming production with a tight deadline. The information page stated it was a 40 second video. It freezes at 10 seconds and stops at 13 seconds.

Now what?

I just noticed that the sample video shown in the Adobe Stock page does the
same thing as the downloaded video.

Does that indicate that the source file is corrupted?

That may be. @Contributor1 can check that. If the video indeed does not fit your needs, you have to choose a different one. Sorry for that.

Data can sometimes become corrupted during download.
Please try downloading again and check.
Also, does changing the playback app mean you can't watch the video properly?
If that doesn't fix the problem, contact support and have them check to see if the data is corrupted.

Does the size of the downloaded file match?
If the download was stopped midway, the size should be smaller.
