E_ADEPT_DOCUMENT_TYPE_UNKNOWN

I have buy book from google play book. It is Thai translated manga. When export (which only have acsm for pdf option.) its file name is “[Thai_name]-pdf.acsm. The problem is it only has acsm to pdf export option. And i tried to authorize ade, it work but when opening it always get error message “unable to download Unable to downlaod 

Error getting license. License Server Communication Problem: E_ADEPT_DOCUMENT_TYPE_UNKNOWN”
