Error that won't go away

For the past several days, I have been receiving the following error when downloading an image:

 

Something went wrong. We are experiencing technical difficulties. Please try again shortly.   

 

There is a Retry button, but this is ineffective. Does anyone know how to fix this? One of my colleagues on the same account had this error. He said he refreshed his page, and it went away, but I am not having this much luck.

How many assets do you have in your library?

 

Try the following:

  • delete cache and cookies
  • use the browser without extentions (some add ons interfere with the browser activity)
  • change the browser (some browsers may be differently configured, with different add ons)
  • change the computer (use a phone, or a tablet, or simply a different computer)
  • change the network: work, cell, home (some issues are induced by ill configured firewalls, contact your IT if the issue may be ralated to the firewall)

 

What account do you have? Teams, Enterprise, individual?
