Faulty adobe stock asset

I just purchased the following adobe stock file #806188195

Its a collection of line icons marked with "Editable stroke" in the title but the icons are all outlined SO IT IS NOT editable strokes which is what I searched for and want to purchase.

 

This file is of no use to me and I want a refund. How do I make that happen?

    There are conflicting instructions from Adobe to create such assets. They are editable, and I have edited assets like this before,  but it is more complicated. Let's tag @Contributor1 to handle this.

     

    Sorry that I saw this only now. I know that sometimes time is crucial in such moments.
