Faulty Asset

I purchased and downloaded file # 487466113. I first downloaded the preview and it worked. Then proceeded to download the actual file and when i brought the file into AI it was a completely different file. It's totally unusable. The preview in the library shows the correct or advertised file but when you drag it in, its completely different as well. Ive added screen shots for reference.

    That may happen with older assets, as there the contributor needed to upload a preview image with the asset. Unfortunately there is no possibility to provide you with the correct asset. You will need to choose a different asset.

     

    @Contributor1 will check this and credit back the lost credit for this.
