Fehlermeldung: Dieses Stockmedium kann nicht lizenziert werden

Hallo geschätzte Community,

Ich habe gestern ein Credit-Pack mit 16 Credits gekauft, um Stockmedien zu lizenzieren.

Sobald ich jedoch auf den Button „Lizenz kaufen“ klicke, funktioniert dieser nicht, und ich erhalte die Fehlermeldung: „Sie können dieses Stockmedium nicht lizenzieren.“

Der Chat-Support hilft mir leider nicht weiter. Statt den Fehler zu beheben, versuchen die Mitarbeiter mir ständig zusätzliche Produkte zu verkaufen oder verlassen einfach den Chat, ohne mir eine Antwort zu geben.

Kann mir bitte jemand weiterhelfen oder mir eine zuverlässige Supportstelle empfehlen?

Hi @Daniel36062515ibre -This is expected. As your account is created from one of our global safe collection countries , there are certain restrictions in place for certain assets being available to those geos . That is the reason why when you try to license those asstes you get the message that says asset cannot be downloaded. Best option is to login to the stock site specific to your locale (country) to get the assets that are available for licensing . Hope this helps.
