Firefly images can't be downloaded

When I create an image online with "generate" in Adobe Stock and want to download it, I always get an error message in a blue/white box saying something like:
"Unfortunately, a system error has occurred. Please try again or refresh the page."
At the same time, a red error box pops up at the bottom saying:
"An error has occurred. Please try again."
I also can't store the image in my library because it says I must save it first. 😞

Technical info: I'm using the latest Chrome on macOS

Any idea ?
