Fotolia-migrated contributor account still sends earnings emails, confirming it is active, but I have no access to the contributor dashboard, cannot view earnings, and cannot upload content. Multiple support cases have been closed without resolution.
This issue relates to a legacy Fotolia contributor account that was migrated to Adobe Stock. I completed the required account sync process at the time of migration.
Despite this, the account has never functioned correctly. I still receive earnings notification emails for image sales, which confirms the account remains active in Adobe’s system. However, I have no access to the contributor dashboard, cannot view earnings/credits, and cannot upload or manage content.
I have contacted support multiple times over several years. Cases have either been closed without resolution or ended without further action, and I have been unable to get the account properly reviewed or restored.
I am requesting that this be treated as a migration/account linkage issue and escalated to the appropriate internal team to verify the Adobe ID connection and restore access or reconcile the account status.
