Fotolia - Missing licenses
As a former Fotolia user, I switched to Adobe Stock in 2019, receiving a confirmation email. Today, when I log in to Adobe Stock, I can't see any of my Fotolia purchases, nor can I interact with them. I contacted the virtual assistant on the Adobe Stock website, who advised me to email contributor-support@adobe.com. Support advised me to visit https://helpx.adobe.com/support/stock.html for customer support, but I didn't find any helpful information there.
Do you have any helpful information for me? I received an email from Copytrack. I need to get the licenses.
