Free Trial not Working ??

Hi,

I've just activated my 7-Day free trial with Adobe, which includes an Adobe Stock plan.

I am able to download and run apps such as Illustrator & Premiere, but I am unable to download HD video assets from Stock, even though they are labeled as "Free with Trial"

When I click on videos like this I am presented an option of downloadinfg it as part of my free trial!

Because this is exactly what I would expect to see as part of a free trial, I attempt to license the clip using this "payment method" but then am met with a very strange message.....

I have no choice but to click "ok" but when I do the clip remains undownloaded and it is not recorded in "License History".

There is no workaround.

Though my free trial should have strarted, I remain unable to access the stock.

What kind of place is this ????
