Help Removing Unwanted Photo License

Hello,

I was browsing stock images and somehow licensed an image without intending to.  FILE #: 

 - It is not a photo I would ever use and must have  accidentally clicked the "License" button while simply browsing on the computer. I think I need help from an Adobe representative to UN-license the unwanted image? I have used many photo library sites before and never had this issue...typically, there is a confirmation step.
