Moderation is done by humans; unfortunately, they missed a lot of obvious and not so obvious AI errors at first. I think they're better trained now. Hopefully Adobe will take a look at this image and delete it.

I've corrected the link on the first post for you. Unfortunatly forum beginners are unable to correct their posts.

@Contributor1 can not correct the image, but he can probably send it back to the moderation team.

Sometimes I would need a third arm, however. Sounds like an interesting concept.

Good Lord! I can see a sixth finger making it through on occasion, but three arms? How could that possibly be overlooked? Not that I'm blaming the moderator. I'm blaming the AI designer. Do better or find something else to waste time on.
