How to report images that are clearly generative AI but showing up when selecting "Exclude" filter?

There should be a better way to report this as well. I just downloaded what I thought was a set of editable line icons, but once I opened them, they're clearly AI-generated and not editable. This is beyond frustrating. 

This has been a major problem lately when I’m searching specifically for vectors and have the “exclude generative ai” filter on, and it’s getting harder to tell what’s ai from the previews. I often don’t realize until after I’ve downloaded the asset and then I’ve wasted a credit on something I can’t use because of the nature of ai vectors. Is this just creators being willfully misleading? How are this many slipping through the cracks? It’s MOST of the results I’m seeing these days. All contributors are required to mark generative AI as generative AI. But sometimes, contributors forget that, either deliberately, because of the filter, or by negligence. If that happens systematically, the contributor will get terminated.
