How to report issues with Adobe Stock imagery?

I don't have an email address for customer support, but I found threads where it mentioned I should contact them. I'm working on a project that requires downloading dozens of vector art files, and converting them into stroke editable icons. Sometimes I find good starting points that are already editable stroke, and I'm more likely to download those, because this saves a lot of time.
I'm finding that some creators don't understand what "stroke editable" means, and have posted outlined strokes while listing them as "editable stroke". Technical issues should be easy to report because a lot of creators don't understand key production principles and end up misrepresenting specifications in this way.
Example: 605466676 is a vector file, described as "editable stroke". Editable stroke icons are a common illustration type on many stock resources. They are always icons that do not feature ANY fills - as in they are stroke only. However, this icon is completely made up of fills (strokes that are outlined.) So yes, this is vector art, but… No. It is not "editable stroke" vector art.
Either the creator needs to upload an updated version without the strokes outlined, or change the name to remove "editable stroke" from the title: "peel off duct tape icon, sticker open, thin line symbol on white background - editable stroke vector illustration eps10"
I was really hoping to send this directly to the correct recipient, but I do not know who that would be. There's no report button on stock imagery, no actual contact info that comes up in searches, other than threads in Adobe Support Community - all of which are locked.
*Even a star rating system could help. If an image is not exactly how it is described, then low star ratings might alert others to the issue before they waste time with it.
Please advise. : )
