How to stock credits work? Mine have disappeared

I have a 10 credit monthly account - I was last billed on the 10th of july - since then I have downloaded 2 stock images.. why do i have no credits left? 

 

Does anyone have an Adobe Australia support contact

Hi @pc27740289  - sorry for the inconvience caused. Looks like there was a delay in the monthly credits quota generation which is why you didn't see the credits on the profile. You should be seeing the credits now . I will bring this issue to our team to get the delay fixed.

What assets did you download? Not all assets cost only one credit. Only assets coming with a standard licence and some assets coming with an enhanced licence (templates) are one credit.
