I can't find my Adobe Stock invoices

When I log into my Adobe account, I can't find my Adobe Stock invoices. Sometimes the invoice history appears, sometimes not. Support can't help and I have already tried all workarounds; open Adobe Stock in Chrome incognito Window; automatically choose profile etc. Sometimes it works and sometimes it don't. Right now it doesn't work and I have to send the invoice to our economy department. Every month I spend at least an hour just on trying to find my invoices. I see in the forum posts that this is a known bug and a hugh source of frustration for many persons. Can someone please support me on this issue? I would really appreciate if someone could share a solid solution that always works.

Yes, I am. I have a private account (which all the stock images are downloadable from) and a company account (which pays the invoices). From stock.adobe.com I select my company profile and choose to manage account. So the I'm logged into account.adobe.com for my company profile. The invoices should be visible there (they are sometimes, but more often not).
