I changed email in Adobe Contributor, and got a new empty portfolio instead the old one

Hello there community!

I wrote about this problem to a customer support about a week ago, and still didn't get an answer.

So I changed my email connected to my Adobe Contributor account, I've got email that it was successful etc. But when I log in, I see the completely new account with empty portfolio,  no tax form filled, some random letters instead of name etc.  

Adobe contributor website saying that my old email is not connected to any account. And I also lost the access to my old email in case to get proofs, old letters etc. But I still see my portfolio on Adobe Stock, and I don't understand who has access to that.  The Customer Service is not answering, and I would really like to restore access, there are some money and pictures on that page, and I want to keep using that.

I feel very frustrated. Can anyone help me?
