I licensed an image that is a vector, but its a flat vector, and uneditable with not layers.

I have just licensed 3 images that are meant to be editable and usable vectors, but they are flat vector, and uneditable and unuseable due to the background being there. This is really frustrating as my wi=ork is now on hold as I cannot source usable images
