I purchased a broken stock video

Dear Adobe Team,

In my capacity at my company, I purchased a stock video (https://stock.adobe.com/de/video/pink-code-lines-animation-over-dark-background-with-blue-light-effects/938718406?prev_url=detail&asset_id=938718406&token_type=bearer&expires_in=86399) with our credits.

I downloaded it from multiple browsers and am running a very capable machine. However, the .mov file is broken.

Could you please fix it or refund the credits?
