Image 234273850 is listed as being a photo of Memphis, TN. That is incorrect. I live in Memphis and the downtown does not look like this. It might be Chattanooga, TN but I am not sure.

Stock services rarely check for geographical accuracy. They usually defer to the photographer who took the shot. 

You do not need the image itself if you have the asset number or URL.

Even if there is an issue, you need evidence to prove it.
It may be difficult to have the asset removed unless an Adobe Stock moderator can verify the problem.
It depends on the moderator's judgment.

You cannot post images with Adobe Stock watermarks to the community.
Watermarked images are subject to a comp license and are not free stock assets.

I am not sure if this information alone is enough to warrant removal, but let's ask the Adobe staff.
It might be difficult to have the content removed without an image or URL as evidence.
