Images appear several times in CC libraries

We have a shared library of bought images in our team plan. Lately the images will appear several times in the library, and sometimes the unlisenced images still stay there after purchase. The software used doesn't make difference, the same situation appears in whole team in all used softwares.

Can this bug please be fixed?

I just merged several bug reports into one. I would expect that someone at Adobe will soon look into this, at least confirm that they look into this. @EvilBug1

Hello,

In the company after a user pick a picture from Stock, the picture appears in duplicate in the user library.

Instead of removing the picture from the user library (by hand) is there a way to avoid the duplicate in the first place?

It looks that this is currently a bug. Multiple users have reported that, and Adobe investigates the causes.

Each stock item downloads two or three instances of the same file. This started right after the issue of not downloading at all was corrected.

There are reports out, that this happens with shared libraries. So the question is: are the libraries shared?

@Abambo for us some images showing twice sometimes has been normal, but nowdays 5 seems maximum and most of the assets seem to appear triple. Our lisence has 7 users, so it doesn't go hand-in-hand with amount of users.

We don't share other assets than stock images via CC, so I don't know what happens with them.

Interesting. When you share that with 20 people, does the asset get duplicated or x20? Does this happen also with non stock assets?

Same here :

This month I gave 2 training sessions on the usage of CC Libraries (one dedicated to Illustrator news, one to CC News)

I had a few trainees that I would share a CC lib with, they all get edit rights to populate the lib, they are all in front of me and their CC lib panel is open.

Once I showed them how to look for an Adobe Stock image directly from their app (whether Ai, Id or Ps), the downloaded picture would duplicate and appear in multiple instances (one for each attendee).

It, of course, gets scary on a larger attendees group, but I don't think I have a screen grab of that.

And it is complicate for me, as a freelancer, to replicate this situation out of the training sessions. Once done, I still can delete the incriminated images, although, different issue, they don't dsplay any thumbnail in the "recently deleted" part of CC assets.

I already logged it as a bug in the CC services forum.
