If I understand the last message from @JOHANNA118 correctly: It was the browser. They changed the browser and it worked and are now checking the settings of the preferred browser.

Mon compte est bien actif mais malheureusement, il y a un problème technique qui est signalé dès que je veux acheter une photo. Un message s'affiche et aucun téléchargement ne se fait.

Hello @JOHANNA118 - your subscription was renewed on 1/11. Are you saying that you're not seeing 750 available plan credits in your account? 

Peux-tu aller chez https://account.adobe.com/plans et confirmer que l'abonnement est actif ?
