Is Adobe going to do something about mislabeled AI?

Or should I just end my subscription now? I'm both a contributor and have a subscription, but given there is no way to report AI slop being passed off as real photos, it's now almost impossible to find content to use. I can tick "Exclude AI Content" as much as I want, but if Adobe doesn't manage this properly (it HAS to be reportable), it's completely useless.

Try searching "Parrot" > Exclude AI > Photos > Transparent background. You'd have to work pretty darn hard to find an actual photo. It's incredibly obviously fake, so why isn't anything being done? Is it really worth it to allow corruption of the entire database to make a few more bucks? Please let me know if there are any concrete plans to do something about this, because if not, I'm gone.

@22318168 ,

I tagged Contributor1 who will initiate the checking.

@daniellei4510 ,

You can check the upload dates by checking your file IDs and comparing them to these here.

I'm not an expert on asset numbers, but it's possible this was submitted early on when Adobe began accepting AI, during which time this problem may have occurred more often and when AI slop was being accepted left and right before Adobe implemented some retraining. Once an asset is reported, it's possible they will take a deeper dive into the contributor's entire account to determine if this was a one-off or of multiple assets were not marked properly.

Sorry to double comment—they all flag for Google SynthID, which is supposed to be like a digital stamp and therefore accurate as far as I'm aware. Shouldn't the approval process include a check for this?

@Abambo @daniellei4510 image 1 and 3 are animals that don't exist, which can be confirmed using reverse image search. Image 2 is my bad, the smoothing threw me off. I've included better examples below.

So there will be no simple option to report these assets for a re-inspection? For some queries it's now so common that a quick button click option is kind of needed.

Not a parrot expert either, but the feet look wrong. I ran it through a fairy accurate image detector and it was reported to be 99% AI, probably Midjourney.

You should repost the link to your last one in the same manner you did with the two first ones. The way to report assets is to post links to the assets or the file id here.

Your second asset:

I'm not a parrot expert, so what lets you think that they are generative AI? If it's fake, it's not that obvious for a non-parrot expert, but yes, it shows elements that could be AI generated and a small test identifies it as AI generated.

In addition it is a low quality asset.
